Defne Kutay, who graduated from A\u00e7\u0131 High School in 2019, completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Business Administration at Ko\u00e7 University. Following her graduation, she worked at Beko as a Human Resources Business Partner.<\/p>\n\n
She is currently continuing her education with a master\u2019s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. During her graduate studies, she contributed to the Columbia University Dynamic Network Lab, where she conducted research on individual and organizational decision-making processes, behavioral insights, and data-driven analyses.<\/p>\n\n
In addition to her academic work, she participated in the Columbia Coaching Conference, closely following current approaches in coaching, leadership, and psychological safety.<\/p>\n\n
In her spare time, Defne Kutay enjoys traveling and notes that the most valuable skills she gained from her education at A\u00e7\u0131 High School are multidimensional thinking and a strong learning discipline. After completing her academic journey, she plans to pursue opportunities in people- and organization-focused transformation projects with the goal of creating sustainable impact.
