During her first year, she joined the A\u00e7\u0131 High School &#8220;Teachers Assistant&#8221; project and started assisting in club and social responsibility projects, continuing her involvement in projects such as &#8220;Media Club,&#8221; &#8220;Business Club,&#8221; and &#8220;Stop Violence&#8221; until her graduation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Simultaneously, she worked on various projects related to &#8220;discrimination&#8221; and volunteered in associations. During her time as a project assistant, she contributed to inclusive education publications by the Sociology Education Studies Unit (SE\u00c7B\u0130R) at Istanbul Bilgi University.<\/p>\n\n<p>While continuing her education, G\u00fclensu earned certifications in graphic design and social media management. She worked as both an assistant and a graphic design and social media manager at an agile management company and a production firm. <\/p>\n\n<p>A year after her graduaton, during the pandemic, she began working as a general project assistant in the ALE department at A\u00e7\u0131 High School.
