Gülşen Kartal, a graduate of Boğaziçi University’s English Language Teaching program, began her career in 2008 as an English teacher at Kemer Kids Garden Kindergarten. She has participated in numerous professional development programs, including those on differentiation in education, making learning visible, process and conflict management, and leadership.

Since 2010, Gülşen Kartal has been working at Açı Schools, where she has taken on various roles, including English teacher and team leader. She has been involved in the implementation and development projects of the Açı Primary School English language program. Since 2018, she has been serving as the assistant principal at Açı Sarıyer Primary School, continuing her work as part of the school’s management team.
