Defne Kutay, who graduated from Açı High School in 2019, completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Business Administration at Koç University. Following her graduation, she worked at Beko as a Human Resources Business Partner.
She is currently continuing her education with a master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. During her graduate studies, she contributed to the Columbia University Dynamic Network Lab, where she conducted research on individual and organizational decision-making processes, behavioral insights, and data-driven analyses.
In addition to her academic work, she participated in the Columbia Coaching Conference, closely following current approaches in coaching, leadership, and psychological safety.
In her spare time, Defne Kutay enjoys traveling and notes that the most valuable skills she gained from her education at Açı High School are multidimensional thinking and a strong learning discipline. After completing her academic journey, she plans to pursue opportunities in people- and organization-focused transformation projects with the goal of creating sustainable impact.
