We try to integrate use of artificial intelligence into our practice via training and consulting processes to equip our students and teachers with necessary skills and knowledge. We also provide necessary support for our parents with seminars and meetings to ensure their active participation in the process.
At the heart of our strategy is collaboration with individuals and institutions specializing in AI technologies. We believe their experience will serve as valuable resources that help us understand benefits and complexities of AI applications. Through rigorous assessment processes, we strive to maintain a balanced perspective on use of AI, considering its advantages against any ethical concerns or risks.
At our Açı Schools 25th Anniversary Conference held on April 20, 2024, artificial intelligence and learning expert Prof. Dr. Mutlu Çukurova, provided us with a very insightful input on “Use of Artificial Intelligence in Education”. Similarly Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şebnem Özdemir provided us with regular and planned trainings throughout the year. She also guided our Artificial Intelligence Policy Committee, formed with our teachers , to prepare our artificial intelligence policy. In the 2025-2026 academic year Ms. Mutlu Çukurova will continue providing in service training opportunities and guiadance for developing our artificial intelligence curriculum.
Our ICT teachers are also working to support all our teachers in learning about and using AI applications in their classrooms. We will continue developing strategies to ensure that our students, teachers, and parents can utilize AI’s contributions and integrate them into their lives.

We also prioritize equitable progress in integrating AI into our school system, aligning it with all stakeholders across our school community.
