Tuğba Sayan Debran graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Integrated Bachelor’s and Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Mathematics Education. She also completed her Master of Science degree in Educational Technology at Bahçeşehir University between 2018 and 2021.
Having been a member of Açı Schools since 2006, Debran has served in various roles, including four years as a Mathematics Teacher, five years as an Academic Coordinator, five years as a Middle School Vice Principal, and seven years as a High School Vice Principal. She has been serving as the Principal of Açı High School since September 2026.
